Taylor Collins: Big Break Mexico Champion
The 19th Season of Golf Channel's reality show Big Break took place in Mexico and featured 6 men and 6 women. The season would feature a brand new element to the game where the contestants would begin as teammates, but quickly have to eliminate one another from the competition.
During the semifinals, Taylor outmatched Brent Long to place her in the final against Matthew Galloway. The final was an incredibly close game, but Taylor bested Matthew by 2 holes to claim victory. This feat led Taylor to be the first female to beat a male in the 18th hole on Big Break. After winning, she signed an Adams Golf endorsement contract and continued playing full time in the Symetra tour.
